I keep detailed information about each dog, including their name, age, breed, temperament, and any medical issues. I also note whether the dog is being groomed and describe the grooming process. If the dog attends day care, I record what they enjoyed and what activities they participated in throughout the day, as well as their likes and dislikes. This information is stored in hard copy, organized alphabetically by the dog’s name, and is kept securely locked away each night. Additionally, I store the owner’s name, the dog’s name, and a contact telephone number on my mobile phone. This allows me to reach out in case of emergencies or to discuss anything related to your dog, appointments, or any queries that may arise.
